Chimney smoke, black cats, and broomsticks…if you haven’t made plans for the October 31st weekend, why not get away to Kamloops? Halloween falls on a Saturday this year and that won’t happen again until the year 2020. With so much going on in Kamloops this month, it would be a shame to miss out on all the fun.
The BC Wildlife Park invites everyone out for Boo at the Zoo Oct.23, 24, 25 & 30th from 5PM-9PM with a tonne of great Halloween features including The Haunted Enchanted Forest, a treat station, Skeleton in the Closet story time, miniature train rides and a laser light show. For more details visit bcwildlife.org
The Kamloops Heritage Railway’s Ghost Train is running again – visit kamrail.com/Ghost-Train.php …but be warned: only one of the departure dates is suitable for younger children.
Of course, we can’t forget about the adults. There are many 19+ events at various locations throughout town this Halloween. Visit Tourism Kamloops for listings.
